#47
The Hitman series of games (from Eidos Interactive) was memorable, but far
from spectacular. You play as 47, a hired assassin. In each mission, you get
a briefing with some basic information about your target. From there you must
do whatever it takes to make it to your target and dispose of him. One of
the most frequently used tactics is to knock out another character (guard,
deliveryman, etc) and steal their clothes. However, for most of the game,
47 sports his trademark black suit. Regardless of the games themselves, 47
proved to be a great character, and quite a menacing figure... I know I'm
not the first to represent him in 1:6, but I don't care. He's a long-time
favorite of mine, and I'm thrilled with how the figure came out.
Of course, I still need to give him his trademark red tie, but that's a fairly
minor detail that I plan to correct later on.
To capture the likeness of 47, I started with Dragon's "Cody" head. I darkened the eyebrows just a bit to make him look a tiny bit younger, but he's otherwise stock.
The suit came from Dragon's Michael Chan. Unfortunately, the suit was originally
light gray, so I ended up dying it black. His gloves were rolled down Nomex
gloves that I painted black and sealed (several times). Briefcase by Dragon,
& Car by New Bright.
